About Flawed Live
Objective:
The primary goal of Flawed Live is to transition professionals from understanding the theory of perfectionism to mastering the practical application of addressing it within their teams and clients. It's designed for leaders, coaches, project managers, and others who have a vested interest in enhancing productivity, innovation, and satisfaction in others in the workplace.
Format:
12 weekly 75-minute live sessions complemented with 25 optional, asynchronous, and self-paced masterclass lessons with videos and exercises (roughly 10-15 minutes each). See the specific curriculum below.
Additional Resources:
Participants will have access to the group facilitators, a dedicated online community for participants, and a dashboard of comprehensive resources, including complementary course lessons, slides, session recordings, and additional resources for applying the learning material to real-world scenarios.
Beta Cohort Investment:
$500/participant for the beta cohort starting in February. This covers attendance at all 12 live workshop events and access to all asynchronous and community resources noted above. This is a steeply discounted price given the beta rollout. If a group doesn’t “make” (i.e., an insufficient number of signups), you will receive a 100% refund.
Schedule:
Date and time of workshop sessions will be determined by the cohort members via collaborative scheduling once the cohort membership has been finalized.
